Consultation Scheduling

Schedule your consultation.

Consultations are scheduled after a property assessment is submitted, so the EGS team can review your property before the call.

Before the Call

What EGS reviews first.

  • Your municipality, zone and the applicable backyard-housing requirements

  • Lot dimensions, setbacks, site coverage and existing structures

  • Any plot plan, RPR, pictures or documents you uploaded

  • The suite or project type you selected, and realistic next steps

This review means your consultation starts from your actual property — not generic answers. Approval, size and cost always remain property-specific and subject to current municipal requirements.

Consultation Availability

Earliest availability: Thursday, September 10

Consultations are booked in Edmonton time (Mountain Time). Same-day appointments aren't available — the earliest consultation date is the next calendar day.

Online calendar booking isn't live on the website yet. The EGS team will contact you using the details from your assessment to confirm a consultation time that works for you.

Live calendar availability (Calendly or Google Calendar) will appear here once the scheduling provider is connected.
